Jasmine Dahl
Horse Trainer
Meet Jasmine Dahl! She’s a horse trainer now based out of Neighbourly Stables. She offers Colt Starting, Miles, and Maintenance. Also, she will soon be offering riding lessons at the stables! Below is a little bit about her...
“My name is Jasmine Dahl. I am the founder and trainer at Dahlhouse Performance Horses. I grew up in Southern Alberta and started riding horses before I could walk. Growing up I was an active member in the Equine 4-H Program, and enjoyed competing in Horse Shows and Rodeos. In 2015 and 2016 I had the opportunity to ride with the Calgary Stampede Showriders, representing not only the Calgary Stampede but also Alberta and Canada. I attended Olds College after graduating from High School, studying a Veterinary Medicine program. In 2018 I ran for Miss Rodeo Sundre and was named Miss Congeniality. I moved to Lethbridge, AB after finishing college, and currently reside in the city. My love for training started at a young age. My family has raised a number of foals and I’ve always loved watching them grow. In 2015 I competed in the Rocking Heart Ranch Weanling Challenge. This gave me the opportunity to showcase some of my skills as well as learn a few new tips. My goal has always been to start a training and breeding program of my own. I am very excited to start Dahlhouse Performance Horses and pursue this dream. I look forward to meeting and working with you and your horse.”
